Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in in-house legal or law firm with strong commercial contracts exposure.
• Hands-on experience with global / US‑focused agreements (mandatory).
• Excellent English communication and problem‑solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate global commercial agreements (MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, vendor, SaaS, licensing, partnerships).
• Support sales, procurement, and business teams with practical legal advice and quick turnarounds.
• Drive contract negotiations with US and global stakeholders.
• Identify legal and commercial risks and propose business-friendly solutions.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable US/global laws.
• Support audits, dispute management, and liaise with external counsel when needed.
• Help build and improve legal templates, playbooks, and processes.
