• Non-Litigation Expertise: Spearhead and manage end-to-end non-litigation legal functions for the restaurant business division.
• Contract Drafting & Management: Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize a broad spectrum of commercial agreements, real estate leases, vendor contracts, and service agreements.
• Commercial Negotiations: Drive commercial legal negotiations to protect the company's strategic interests while facilitating smooth business transactions.
• External Liaison: Coordinate efficiently with regulatory bodies, external legal counsel, and business stakeholders.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

• Experience: 4 to 5 years of solid experience in non-litigation corporate or commercial legal roles.
