Qualifications

• LL.B. from a recognized university; LL.M. preferred.
• 2-5 years post-qualification experience, preferably in-house.
• Strong expertise in commercial contracts, contract negotiations, litigation, and regulatory compliance.
• Working knowledge of e-commerce, fintech, digital lending, technology agreements, data privacy, and EPC/procurement contracts.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts, including MSAs, vendor, procurement, EPC, SaaS, financing agreements, NDAs, and partnerships.
• Provide legal advisory and business partnering support to finance, technology, operations, and business teams.
• Support legal matters relating to e-commerce, B2B marketplaces, fintech, digital lending, and supply-chain finance.
• Drive legal compliance, regulatory monitoring, data privacy, cybersecurity, and AI governance initiatives.
• Manage litigation, arbitration, recovery proceedings, legal notices, and dispute resolution across India.
• Develop contract templates, legal playbooks, compliance frameworks, and SOPs.
• Conduct internal legal awareness and compliance training programs.

We are looking for a dynamic, commercially oriented legal professional to join our team as Assistant Manager – Legal.

The role offers an opportunity to work closely with business and leadership teams, providing legal support across commercial transactions, digital commerce, finance, technology, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution.
