Job summary

Coxvi Technologies is seeking an Operations and Projects Coordinator in Bengaluru to manage end-to-end onboarding and daily store operations. You will coordinate device allocation, dispatch, delivery, replacement, and recovery with logistics partners, while monitoring operations and data uploads to resolve issues promptly.

You’ll prepare daily/weekly MIS reports using Excel and Google Sheets and work with clients and internal teams to further automate processes and handle escalations efficiently.

Qualifications

• 35 years of experience in Operations, Implementation, Project Coordination or Customer Success Operations.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, QUERY and FILTER.
• Strong client communication, follow-up and escalation management.
• Candidates with exposure to SaaS, AI, hardware deployment or startup environments will be preferred.
