Vodafone Idea Limited is seeking a Role TL - Radio Network Planning in Gujarat to head radio and MW planning. The role requires deep experience across multiple technologies and cross-functional coordination with vendors and circle teams.

The candidate will drive RF/MW design, BOQ finalization, technology deployments like Massive MIMO and HetNet, ensuring timely delivery and EMF compliance in a dynamic telecom environment.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Radio and MW planning and optimization across 2G/3G/LTE.
• Knowledge of HetNet, Small Cells planning and feature deployments across technologies.
• Capex and inventory management in radio/MW domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead detailed RF/MW design, plan validation and finalization.
• Finalize BOQ and consolidate radio/MW networks.
• Oversee inventory movement plan and delivery alignment.
• Provide network integration support and ensure EMF compliance.

Job Purpose

Head Radio and MW planning across the circles

• Detailed Network RF /MW design, plan validation and finalization

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

Expertise in Radio and MW planning and optimization in 2g/3g/LTE Layering expertise across multiple technologies and bands within 4G

Expertise in introduction of new technologies like Massive MIMOs, residential femtos etc

Capex and Radio and MW inventory management based on DB

Knowledge of HetNet, Small Cells planning and feature deployments across technologies

Expertise in using tools like SON, Geo Location, Planning tools for multiple technologies

Excellent communication skills and CFT orientation to work seem Lesly across vendors, central and circle teams

Must have technical / professional qualifications BE/BTech Engaged in multi technology, multi vendor expertise solutioning 15-20 years’ experience in Radio & MW design, planning and optimization across multiple technologies
