Job summary

Vodafone Idea Limited (Vi) is seeking a Manager - RF Planning to oversee radio and microwave planning across the circles. The role requires 5–7 years of hands-on experience in RF/MW design, with expertise in 2G/3G/LTE and newer technologies such as Massive MIMO and HetNet. BE/BTech is preferred.

The candidate will lead detailed network planning, BOQ finalization, and network consolidation while ensuring EMF compliance and cross-team collaboration with vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech with relevant telecom specialization.
• 5–7 years of experience in Radio & MW design, planning and optimization.
• Experience across 2G/3G/LTE with exposure to new tech like Massive MIMO and HetNet.

Responsibilities

• Detailed Network RF/MW design, plan validation and finalization.
• Detailed BOQ finalization for RF/MW projects.
• Radio/MW network consolidation and inventory movement plan.
• Delivery alignment and Network Integration support.
• Ensure EMF compliance across networks.
