Job summary

Vodafone Idea Limited is seeking a seasoned professional to head Radio and MW planning across the circles. The role requires extensive experience across 2G/3G/LTE and expertise in HetNet/Small Cells with a focus on planning, optimization and consolidation of radio networks.

The candidate will lead design, validation of RF/MW plans, and ensure EMF compliance while coordinating across vendors and circle teams. BE/BTech and extensive multi-technology experience are essential.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech is required and multi-technology, multi-vendor expertise is essential.
• 15-20 years’ experience in Radio & MW design, planning and optimization across multiple technologies.
• Expertise in Radio and MW planning and optimization in 2G/3G/LTE.

• Expertise in Radio and MW planning and optimization in 2g/3g/LTE
• Layering expertise across multiple technologies and bands within 4G
• Expertise in introduction of new technologies like Massive MIMOs, residential femtos etc
• Capex and Radio and MW inventory management based on DB
• Knowledge of HetNet, Small Cells planning and feature deployments across technologies
• Expertise in using tools like SON, Geo Location, Planning tools for multiple technologies
• Excellent communication skills and CFT orientation to work seem Lesly across vendors, central and circle teams

Must have technical / professional qualifications

• BE/BTech
• Engaged in multi technology, multi vendor expertise solutioning
• 15-20 years’ experience in Radio & MW design, planning and optimization across multiple technologies
