Job summary

Priya Cement in India seeks a Mechanical Projects Engineer to oversee mechanical projects from initiation through commissioning, ensuring delivery on time and within budget. You will coordinate internal resources and contractors to ensure flawless execution and maintain high standards of safety and environmental compliance across our sites.

You will liaise with engineers and on-site teams to optimize equipment performance, manage costs, and drive continuous improvement at our plants in Andhra

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Mechanical Projects successfully executed—on time and within budget, from initiation to commissioning and achieves the guaranteed performance.
• Coordinate internal resources and contractors for the flawless execution of project and regular maintenances, while constantly keeping in mind the agreed objectives, including equipment efficiency, quality of on-site works, project cost-effectiveness, environmental conservation, and related concerns.
• Make sure all machinery on a given project is constructed and installed correctly while paying attention to occupational safety of everyone involved at site.
• Liaise between engineers and others working on the project, and ensure maximum performance, providing purpose, direction, and motivation
• Identify the right contractors for executing mechanicals works within time and within budget
• Proactively identify, mitigate, and track recurring mechanical issues so that they can be resolved
