Assistant General Manager – FP&A, Finance

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.


• Deliver insightful MIS, dashboards, and financial performance reporting to leadership.


• Analyze business performance through variance analysis and actionable financial insights.


• Support strategic decision-making through financial modelling and scenario analysis.


• Drive profitability, cost optimization, and business performance improvement initiatives.


• Strengthen cash flow planning and working capital management across the organization.


• Drive finance process automation, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.


• Collaborate with business leaders to identify financial risks and growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.

Experience:

• 12 – 15 years of relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Management Reporting, Budgeting, Forecasting, Accounts Payable and Finance Controllership.


• Experience in real estate, retail, infrastructure or large corporate environments preferred.


• Strong exposure to SAP/ERP systems and financial reporting tools.


• Proven experience in leading teams and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
