Job summary

Tata Projects Limited in Hyderabad seeks a Design Engineer to coordinate design submissions with consultants and clients, ensuring they align with the construction program. You will monitor design progression, review submissions for accuracy and constructability, and prepare design modifications for site clarifications required by the team and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Design coordination with Consultants to make the design submissions as per the construction program.
• Preparation and monitoring of Design submission program in line with Project Works Program
• Review of Design submissions made by the consultants for correctness, optimization and constructability.
• Monitoring of quantities in comparison with tender quantities.
• Design of temporary works required for the project, review of Geotechnical works
• Review of Instrumentation and Monitoring works, review of Building monitoring and protection works.
• Preparation of Design Modifications as required at site technical clarifications as required for site and subcontractors.
• Design Coordination with Client and GC for getting the design approvals in timely manner.
• Review of Interface works progress and making provisions in the structural drawings as per the interface requirements.
• Preparation of monthly Design Progressive Report, attend progress review meeting with construction team and clients.
• Technical support required for claims by contracts team
