• Take possession of new project sites with required information for design and drawings.
• Coordinate consultants and start design drawings coordination.
• Follow up for site work commencement and construction of sample flats and sales offices.
• Finalize GFC drawings to start execution on site.
• Set budget and completion schedule; finalize contractors as per execution stages.
• Control cost and time overruns against approved budget and schedule.
• Conduct review meetings with contractors and consultants; provide solutions to hurdles.
• Ensure timely bill certification and payments to contractors.
• Coordinate with legal team, contractors and architect to maintain compliance from start to end.

Responsible for delivery of projects as per design in budgeted time & cost with desired quality.

Responsibility deliverable:

• Ensuring timely finalization of drawings & design
• Ensuring accuracy of budget of the project
• Monitoring of budgeted cost & time of the project
• Monitoring the quality of the project through periodical site visits & audits
• Handing over of the project to client with all required documentation
• Ensuring seamless experience for client and customer during the life cycle of project

Tasks & Activities:

• Taking Possession of new project site with all required information for starting of design & drawings
• Finalization of different consultants & starting of design drawings co ordination
• Follow up for the commencement of the work on site
• Construction of sample flat & sales office on site as per requirements
• Finalization of GFC drawings to start execution on site
• Finalization of budget & completion schedule of the project
• Finalization of different contractors as per the stages of execution on site
• To control the overrun of the cost & time of the project with respect to the approved budget & completion schedule
• Conducting review meetings with contractors & consultants
• Providing the solutions to hurdles which are not in control of PM time to time
• Ensuring timely bill certification & payments to the contractors
• Co ordination with legal team, contractors & architect to keep all legal compliance up to date from start to end of the project.
