Job summary

Tata Projects Limited is seeking a capable Site Commercial professional to manage budgeting, cost controls, and the commercial functions at project sites in Bengaluru. The role includes improving project margins, analyzing cost vs revenue, and ensuring timely invoicing, payments, and financial closure at project end.

The incumbent will lead the commercial team at site, coordinate with clients and vendors, review stock and working capital, and implement risk assessment plans to safeguard project

Responsibilities

• Prepare, Review and establish budgetary controls.
• Improvement of Project Margin.
• Cost vs Revenue analysis to ensure reduction in Unbilled Revenue.
• Monitoring of work/cost schedule, review of stock ageing to reduce Net Working Capital.
• Managing QS & Billing team for timely invoicing and payment to all stakeholders.
• Preparation of Risk Assessment Plan and implementation at site level.
• Planning & Monitoring of Cash Flow and review of cost variations.
• Managing Client, Vendors/ Sub-Contractors – Scope of work, pay-outs, invoicing and collection.
• Responsible for financial closure of Project at the end of project cycle.
• Leading smooth functioning of commercial team at site.
