Job summary

• Minimum 8 to 10 years in real estate accounting is mandatory.
• Independently handled complete accounts operations for at least 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage end-to-end accounting operations for assigned business/projects.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and vendor payments.
• Ensure GST, TDS, and statutory filings with accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare MIS, financial statements, and management reports.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting support, and expense tracking.
• Ensure internal controls and accounting processes are followed.
• Provide financial analysis input to management.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Accounts professional from the real estate industry who can independently manage end-to-end accounting operations and ensure strong financial control and compliance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure to complete accounts handling, statutory compliance, vendor management, reconciliation, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently handle complete accounts operations for assigned business/projects
• Manage general accounting, bookkeeping, ledger scrutiny, and finalization of accounts
• Oversee accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliations, and vendor payments
• Ensure timely statutory compliance including GST, TDS, and related filings
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and internal stakeholders
• Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting support, and expense tracking
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and accounting processes
• Support management with financial analysis and operational accounting inputs

Candidate Requirements

• 10 to 15 years of overall experience in Accounts & Finance
• Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in the real estate industry is mandatory
• Should have independently handled complete accounts operations for at least 5 years
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, statutory compliance, and financial reporting
• Experience working on ERP preferred
• Strong attention to detail, ownership, and stakeholder coordination skills
