Job summary

Kenthomes is seeking an experienced Finance Lead to oversee the accounting function in the construction sector. You will manage the accounts team, finalize financial statements, and prepare MIS reports including P&L and cash flow. Strong ERP skills and statutory compliance knowledge are essential.

The role requires leadership, planning, and the ability to collaborate with project teams for budgeting and cost control, delivering accurate reports within tight timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP accounting and financial close processes.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS and statutory compliance.
• Experience in construction/project accounting preferred.
• Ability to lead an accounts team and deliver timely financial reports.

Responsibilities

• Work on ERP-based accounting systems and improve financial processes.
• Coordinate with project teams for project accounting, budgeting, and cost control.
• Train, guide, and monitor the accounts team to improve performance.

Experience: above 8 years (Construction Industry or project based profile Preferred)

• Experience in construction/project accounting is preferred.
• Strong leadership, planning, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver accurate financial reports within timelines.
