Job description

Experience: above 8 years (Construction Industry or project based profile Preferred)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall accounting function and lead the accounts team.
• Finalize monthly and annual financial statements.
• Prepare MIS reports, monthly P&L, cash flow, and fund management reports.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
• Handle GST return filing and TDS compliance.
• Coordinate with banks for working capital, term loans, and other banking matters.
• Support statutory, internal, and tax audits.
• Ensure compliance with Accounting Standards and company policies.
• Work on ERP-based accounting systems and improve financial processes.
• Coordinate with project teams for project accounting, budgeting, and cost control.
• Train, guide, and monitor the accounts team to improve performance.

Candidate Profile

• M.Com / MBA (Finance) preferred.
• Strong experience in ERP software (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Tally ERP, etc.).
• Sound knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
• Experience in construction/project accounting is preferred.
• Strong leadership, planning, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver accurate financial reports within timelines.
