Job summary

Dynamic Talent Acquisition Pune is seeking an experienced finance professional to manage end-to-end accounting for real estate projects in Pune. You will oversee financial statements, MIS, GST, TDS, tax compliance, budgeting, and cash flow while coordinating with auditors and banks.

The ideal candidate has 7–12 years in accounting, strong GST/TDS knowledge, and proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel, with B.Com/M.Com/CA Inter/MBA Finance preferred.

Qualifications

• 7 to 12 years of accounting experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS and finalization of accounts.
• Proficient in Tally/ERP and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Handle complete accounting and finance activities for real estate projects.
• Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and account reconciliations.
