Job summary

Hyatt Regency Thrissur seeks an Outlet Manager to oversee a hotel outlet in line with Hyatt's standards and corporate strategies. You will drive guest satisfaction, manage staff, and ensure the outlet meets budgeted financial targets through effective operations and service quality.

Ideal candidates hold a degree or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management and have at least 2 years of experience as an Outlet or Assistant Manager in a hotel or large restaurant with high standards.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Outlet Manager or Assistant Manager in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.
