Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to oversee the efficient operation of the department in line with Hyatt's Corporate Strategies and brand standards.

The role combines business management and marketing responsibilities to ensure outlets are profitable and aligned with guest and owner expectations.

Qualifications

• University degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Director of F&B, or Senior Restaurant Manager in larger operation.
• Good operational, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must, and banqueting experience an asset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the efficient running of the Food & Beverage department in line with Hyatt's corporate strategies and brand standards.
• Function as the Business Manager and Marketing Specialist for the F&B department to ensure outlets operate profitably.
