The Assistant Food and Beverage Faculty will support teaching and training in food and beverage operations, service standards, and hospitality practices for students enrolled in hotel management programs. This full-time, on-site role in Salcette involves delivering classroom sessions, assisting with practical training in food service and beverage management, and demonstrating best practices in customer interaction and hospitality etiquette. The role includes preparing instructional materials, evaluating student performance, mentoring learners, and contributing to curriculum development with the senior faculty team. The Assistant Food and Beverage Faculty will also help organize workshops, events, and industry interactions to enhance students’ exposure to current trends in food and beverage. Collaboration with colleagues and adherence to institutional academic standards and safety protocols are integral to this position.
