Job summary

Pacifica India Projects in Ahmedabad is seeking a senior finance professional to own data collation, MIS reporting and financial analysis across all real estate projects.

You will prepare presentations, review budgets and financial statements, interact with auditors and bankers, and present insights to management. This role also covers cash flow reporting, due diligence, asset management reports, and support for fundraising and investor relations.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of data collation, MIS reporting and financial analysis across all real estate projects.
• Prepare and finalize presentations for all real estate projects for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collate and review reports, budgets, accounts, and financial models; provide insights to management.
• Liaise with senior managers, colleagues and auditors, bankers, and legal advisors on finance-related matters.
• Report to senior management on spend, cash flows and budget variances, with corrective recommendations.
• Prepare business plans and presentations for banks and investors; support fund-raising and investor relations.
• Prepare and finalize Asset Management reports for the portfolio.
• Own coordination of Project Finance and Due Diligence processes.
• Maintain and safeguard original project documents and ensure timely uploading to DMS.
• Guide and mentor junior finance staff to build team capability.
• Support development and implementation of internal financial controls.

Role & responsibilities

• Take overall ownership of data collation, MIS reporting and financial analysis across all real estate projects, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to management.
• Prepare, review and finalize presentations in appropriate formats for all real estate projects, for both internal management and external stakeholders.
• Collate, prepare, interpret and critically review reports, budgets, accounts, financial statements and financial models; provide insights and recommendations to management.
• Liaise with senior managerial staff, colleagues and professional consultants (auditors, bankers, legal advisors) on finance-related matters.
• Report to senior management on project spend, cash flows and budget variances, along with recommendations for corrective action.
• Prepare and present business plans and presentations to Banks & Investors; actively support fund-raising, project finance and investor relations.
• Prepare, review and finalize Asset Management reports for the project portfolio.
• Take end-to-end ownership of coordination for Project Finance and Due Diligence processes.
• Ensure proper maintenance and safe custody of all original project documents, and oversee timely and accurate uploading of the same on DMS.
• Guide, mentor and review the work of junior finance executives, building the team's capability over time.
• Support the development and implementation of sound internal financial controls and processes.
