Establish the vision and strategy of the account plan ensuring there is alignment with the client objectives and interestsDrive the account plan to deliver high quality results which exceed the client’s expectations. Proactively solicits and responds to feedback and input from clientEstablishes and maintains effective relationships with customers and gains their trust and respectBuilds and Manages High Performing TeamsOversee the operation, staffing, performance and development of the Facilities Management service delivery staff.Ensure client satisfaction score achieved as per SLAHave a seamless interface into NTT DATA Location Spoc.Demonstrate leadership, responsiveness and creativity.Understand the Facilities Management scope and develop client specific processes and procedures in consultation with Account Manager / Facility Manager and ensure implementation.Support NTT DATA in the implementation of short and long-term projects.Develop and implement the annual management plan; accomplish key performance indicators as identified by client.Oversee compilation and deliver the appropriate monthly/quarterly/annual reporting.Ensure compliance with JLL minimum audit standards.Any other additional responsibilities assigned from time to time based on the client scope deliverablesEnsure Planned Preventive Maintenance activities are undertaken in accordance with the schedule.Ensure implementation of Safe work practicesImplement regular inspections of the facility on energy conservation, maintenance practices, utility management, Housekeeping services, Maintenance of pest control, indoor plants and landscaping and building maintenance with risk management procedures.Implement the pre-emptive maintenance program to reduce the risk of sudden failures of critical equipmentProvide training to on-site teams on equipment procedures and implementation.Support service delivery teams on equipment maintenance and upkeep.Conduct regular inspections to ensure that the procedures are being followed and updated as required.Ensure labor & Statutory compliance are tracked and monitored from time to time for all monthly / quarterly audits.Ensure all safety procedures, including Crisis Management/ Business Continuity and Emergency Procedures are maintained at all times.Maintain Housekeeping equipment in all working conditions and apply all checks and control mechanism.Ensure adequate control measures on all facility inventory for both engineering & soft servicesCo-ordinate for all client events and hospitality management including overseeing cafeteria requirements.Prepare / provide input to the site monthly report to be submitted to client.Putting best practices in placeTeamwork should also be one of your strongest points, as you’ll work with a team to ensure that all performance targets set out in the contract are being met.
