Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a facilities engineering professional to manage operation and maintenance of essential engineering infrastructure within corporate facilities. The role focuses on electrical distribution, UPS, battery systems, and critical environments.

You will work with BMS/Centralized Command Center operations, CCTV and access control systems, and ensure timely escalation and effective communication in a fast-paced real estate services environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or B.Tech in electrical engineering with relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems including Electrical Distribution, UPS, Battery Systems, Fire Safety, CCTV and Access Control.
• Experience in Operation & Maintenance of facilities electrical and mechanical infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Manage operation and maintenance of low-side engineering infrastructure within facilities.
• Oversee MEP distribution, UPS, battery systems, fire safety, CCTV and access control components.
• Operate BMS/Centralized Command Center and monitor critical environments; escalate incidents per alarm categorization.
