GE Aerospace in Pune seeks an experienced welder to perform TIG and orbital welding on stainless steel and Inconel tubes and ducts for aircraft engines. You will read drawings, weld assemblies and repair components with high quality and FPY targets.
The role requires 3+ years in aerospace welding, certification per AWS D17.1 6G with II A & III B materials, and the ability to train others while maintaining safety and process discipline.
Candidate shall be highly skilled professional responsible for performing complex welding, fabrication, and assembly of metal components of tubes and ducts of commercial jet engines, typically achieving high-quality standards with >95% FPY using TIG welding process.
