Job summary

DAIKIN is seeking candidates with hands-on experience in hydraulic and pneumatic systems, pump repair, blower maintenance, electrical control and conveyor maintenance. The role requires knowledge of machine shop practices, mechanical drawing, and components like spindles and tool magazines.

You will troubleshoot machinery and perform routine maintenance, assemble and install mechanical systems, and maintain inspection schedules.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Hands-on experience with pump repair, blower maintenance, electrical control and conveyor maintenance.
• Knowledge of machine shop background and mechanical drawing.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting machinery and performing routine preventative maintenance.
• Assembling, installing, and maintaining mechanical systems and equipment.

Job description

Have Good knowledge of Hydraulic and pneumatics. Hands on experience on Pump repairing, Blower maintenance, electrical control and conveyor maintenance. Should Have Knowledge on Machine Shop Background

Good Knolwdge in Hydraulic circuits, Pneumatic Circuit, Mechanical drawing,Material selection

Basic Knowledge about Spindles, Ballscrew, Tool Magazine and ATC Functions.

Practise of replacing on Pneumatic cylinders seals, coolant pump seals and Hydraulic seals

Troubleshooting machinery and performing routine preventative maintenance

Assembling, installing, and maintaining mechanical systems, machinery, and equipment.

Maintaining a schedule for inspecting, servicing, and testing machinery.

Cleaning, repairing and installing equipment and parts as needed.

Have Good knowledge of Hydraulic and pneumatics. Hands on experience on Machine Shop Mechanical Background

Breakdown mainteance of Machinne shop into shifts.
