Job summary

Apeejay Stya Group is hiring an Assistant Distribution executive / SAP Operator for its Delhi Branch to support daily logistics activities. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience in trading, pharma, or FMCG environments and is comfortable using SAP and MS Office.

Responsibilities include data entry, invoicing in SAP, and generating despatch-related documents, LR entries, and reports from the depot/branch system with accuracy and speed.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1-2 years experience in trading/pharma/FMCG.
• Experience at depot/branch/CFA distributor.
• Proficient in SAP and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Enter goods receipt and generate invoices in SAP.
• Prepare despatch documents and LR/PDC entries.
• Maintain data accuracy and timely reporting.

• A reputed Pharmaceutical company needs for its Branch office as a SAPOperator/ computer operator.
• Graduate in any discipline .Experience of having worked any Trading / Pharmaceutical / FMCG Company
• Those who have worked in similar capacity in a Depot, Branch , CFA ( preferably) Distributor of FMCG ,PHARMACEUTICAL Company
• Must have good knowledge of SAP Ms Office.
• To prepare the invoice / Bill in SAP software on receipt of the order. Generate invoice and other despatch related documents from SAP
• To enter the details on receipt of the goods at the Depot/ branch in the software and generate related reports. LR entry, dispatch entry, PDC entry etc.
