Apeejay Stya Group in Indore is seeking an Assistant Distribution Executive/SAP Operator with 1–2 years of relevant experience. The role involves processing orders in SAP, generating invoices and dispatch documents, entering goods receipts, and producing reports from the system; strong typing and MS Office skills are essential. Candidates should have graduated in any discipline and prior depot/branch experience in trading, FMCG, or pharmaceutical sectors is desirable.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in trading/FMCG/pharmaceutical sectors.
• Experience in depot/branch roles, preferably in FMCG/pharmaceuticals.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and MS Office.

Responsibilities

Job Description-

• A reputed Pharmaceutical company needs for its Branch office as a SAPOperator/ computer operator.
• Graduate in any discipline .Experience of having worked any Trading / Pharmaceutical / FMCG Company
• Those who have worked in similar capacity in a Depot, Branch , CFA ( preferably) Distributor of FMCG ,PHARMACEUTICAL Company
• Must have good knowledge of SAP Ms Office.
• To prepare the invoice / Bill in SAP software on receipt of the order. Generate invoice and other despatch related documents from SAP
• To enter the details on receipt of the goods at the Depot/ branch in the software and generate related reports. LR entry, dispatch entry, PDC entry etc.
