Job summary

Martin & Harris in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, urgently seeks an Assistant Distribution executive/SAP Operator with 1–2 years of experience. The role involves SAP-based invoicing, data entry, and dispatch documentation for a pharma/FMCG trading setup. Depot/branch exposure and MS Office proficiency are preferred.

Graduate candidates with knowledge of SAP, LR/dispatch entries, and report generation will fit best. Prior experience in a depot or CFA distributor is advantageous for this position.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline with 1–2 years of relevant experience in trading/pharma/FMCG.
• Experience in Depot/Branch/CFA distributor preferred.
• Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office.
• Typing speed and data entry proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare invoices and dispatch documents in SAP on order receipt.
• Enter goods receipt/depot details in software and generate reports (LR, dispatch, PDC).
• Process invoicing and related records with accurate data entry.
• Support distribution branch/depot operations for FMCG/pharma trading company.

• A reputed Pharmaceutical company needs for its Branch office as a SAPOperator/ computer operator.
• Graduate in any discipline .Experience of having worked any Trading / Pharmaceutical / FMCG Company
• Those who have worked in similar capacity in a Depot, Branch , CFA ( preferably) Distributor of FMCG ,PHARMACEUTICAL Company
• Must have good knowledge of SAP Ms Office.
• To prepare the invoice / Bill in SAP software on receipt of the order. Generate invoice and other dispatch related documents from SAP
• To enter the details on receipt of the goods at the Depot/ branch in the software and generate related reports. LR entry, dispatch entry, PDC entry etc.
