Responsibilities

• Manage incoming orders and ensure accurate fulfillment.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bakery teams for timely dispatch.
• Allocate and track packaging materials for each order.
• Prepare dispatch and order sheets and maintain records.
• Implement FIFO and route planning to optimise deliveries.
• Ensure orders are packed and stored at correct temperatures.
• Maintain hygiene standards in the dispatch area.
• Generate reports on daily dispatch activity.

Assistant Dispatch Manager- Mumbai

Education :

Any Graduate

Role & Responsibilities :

• Experience in orders management.


• Well versed in Kitchen & bakery coordination.


• Experience in handling all foods categories.


• Should be responsible for taking care of packaging.


• Arranging all types of packaging materials required as per orders.


• Ensuring that segregation of all orders is done completely as per their order


• Planning of all order location with an proper route plan and vehicles.


• Maintaining all the kind of dispatch records.


• Maintaining personal hygiene of all team members and ensuring that working area should be clean.


• Orders management done under quality norms


• Receiving orders on company's software


• Preparing order sheet and dispatch sheet.


• Planning manpower as per the orders


• FIFO management for minimising quality complaints.


• Ensure proper usage of Vegetables and handling all type of other food items (bakery/hot kitchen/comissary)


• Generating labels and printing it as per requirement


• After packing, material should be at -18 to 4 c as per the product's description.


• Dispatching material to location given below.


• Ensuring all activity is done with TAT.


• Making reports and publishing it to all departments before shift ending.


• Ensuring every labors is working under warehouse hygiene.

Experience :

Preferred candidate profile should have 5 to 10 years of experience in dispatch and logistic management

Should have experience in food industry, restaurants or hotels

Should have knowledge of perishable and non perishable items
