Job summary

Endurance Material Handlers in Pune (Talawade) seeks an experienced Asst. Design Manager to lead EOT crane design and manufacturing. You will apply strong structural and mechanical design knowledge and be proficient in AutoCAD or similar software.

The role covers BOM preparation, detailed engineering, load calculations, and development of assembly drawings while ensuring compliance with Indian and international crane standards. Based near Pune, relocation may be considered.

Qualifications

• B.E./Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Mechanical).
• 10+ years of experience in designing EOT Overhead Cranes or heat exchangers or similar material handling equipment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, material selection, and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of BOM and manufacturing drawings.
• Execution of detail engineering for EOT cranes and related components.
• Perform load calculations, stress analysis, and structural design.
• Develop assembly drawings and ensure design accuracy for fabrication and production.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or equivalent design software.
• Knowledge of metrology and inspection parameters related to crane components.
• Knowledge of Indian standard as well as International Standard of cranes.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and procurement for design implementation.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable industry standards and safety regulations.
