Job summary

SP Consultancy & Enterprises is seeking an engineer with hands-on experience in Creo and AutoCAD for forging design and tool development. The role requires understanding of both cold and hot forging processes and the ability to translate RFQs into feasible technical plans.

Applicants should demonstrate capability in 3D modelling, tool development, and the technical feasibility assessment of new projects. Location is in Maharashtra, India, with on-site work expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience with Creo or any 3D modelling software and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of cold and hot forging.
• Design of forging and tool development.
• Ability to conduct technical feasibility for all new RFQs.

Required Candidate profile

• Knowledge on Customer and QMS audit (IATF, Maruti Audit)
• Knowledge of process development for soft & hard machining.
• Working knowledge on APQP, PFMEA and PPAP activities.
