Job summary

ProLegion client in Pune seeks an Assistant/Deputy Manager (Proposal & Process of Desalination) with 15-20 years of experience. The role focuses on proposals, process engineering for desalination systems (Media Filters, UF, RO), and tendering support. The incumbent will handle design calculations and interface with civil/electrical teams.

Education required is B.Tech in Environmental Science/Chemistry or Civil. CTC offered is 14–16 LPA, based in Pune, reporting to Tendering/Proposal leadership.

Qualifications

• 15–20 years of experience in desalination projects, proposals, bidding and cost estimation.
• Experience in wastewater treatment & tertiary treatment plants (UF & RO) for municipal/industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Proposals & process engineering for desalination systems (Media Filters, UF, RO).
• Process scheme selection and design calculations.

Assistant/Deputy Manager (Proposal & Process of Desalination)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Proposals & process engineering for desalination (Media Filters, UF, RO systems)
• Process scheme selection and design calculations
• Basic engineering & design: PFD, P&ID, layouts, HFDs, and BEP preparation
• Process equipment sizing, selection, and technical specifications
• Pump head & pressure drop calculations
• Technical evaluation of equipment and system packages
• BOO preparation and cost estimation during bidding/tendering
• Coordination with civil/electrical teams for technical interfaces
• Cross-functional coordination with internal teams, vendors, and clients
• Vendor coordination for quotations. cost compilation, and approvals
• Participation in client meetings, technical discussions, and design approvals
• Preparation of tender specifications and resolution of technical queries
• Support to Tendering Manager for timely proposal submission
• Site coordination during erection and commissioning

Skill/Knowledge required:

• Experience in Proposals, Project bidding, Tendering and Cost Estimation Wastewater Treatment & Tertiary Treatment Plants(UF & RO Systems) for Municipal and industrial Projects
