Job summary

Aura Biotechnologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and internal controls within a manufacturing/FMCG setting.

The role requires strong leadership, deep GST/TDS/Income Tax knowledge, and hands-on expertise with Tally Prime and ERP systems to drive accurate reporting and strategic financial decisions. You will manage a team, coordinate with auditors and banks, and deliver MIS and budgets to support

Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com degree.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Accounts Manager or Senior Accounts role.
• Strong GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC compliance knowledge.
• Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, ERP systems.
• Experience in manufacturing, agrochemical, biotechnology, or FMCG preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and supervise the accounts team.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances.
• Finalise books of accounts and coordinate with auditors.
• Monitor Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and cash flow.
• Prepare MIS reports, budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Reconcile bank accounts, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, government authorities, and external stakeholders.
• Support management with financial analysis and strategic decision-making.
• Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC compliance, and statutory regulations.
• Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, ERP systems, and accounting software.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience in manufacturing, agrochemical, biotechnology, or FMCG industries will be preferred.
