Job summary

Artizen Projects in Bengaluru seeks an experienced Assistant Manager Accounts to oversee accounting operations for our interior fit-out and contracting projects. You will manage AP/AR, GL, GST and statutory compliance, and provide financial reporting.

The role requires hands-on experience with Tally ERP and MS Excel, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently to meet reporting deadlines.

Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter.
• 58 years of relevant experience in Accounts and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records.
• Handle Accounts Payable, Receivable, and General Ledger activities.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Reconcile bank accounts, vendor accounts, and customer accounts.
• Ensure timely processing of payments, receipts, and journal entries.
• Prepare GST, TDS, IT and other statutory compliances.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and statutory authorities.
• Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, and budget analysis for management.
• Monitor project-wise costs, billing, and revenue recognition.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Assist in internal and statutory audits.

Role & responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records.
• Handle Accounts Payable, Receivable, and General Ledger activities.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, statutory compliance, and project accounting.
• Hands-on experience with Tally ERP, MS Excel, and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines.
