• Ensure timely renewal of RC, insurance, PUC, permits, and other statutory documents.
• Conduct periodic physical verification of assets and vehicles.
• Coordinate with site teams, drivers, vendors, and service providers.
• Prepare MIS reports related to assets, vehicles, expenses, and utilization.
• Ensure proper handover/taking-over documentation and compliance with company policies.
• Responsible for efficient management, tracking, maintenance, and utilization of company assets and vehicles to ensure optimum usage, cost control, and proper documentation.
