Job summary

Foxconn in Bengaluru, India, seeks an Asset Management & Procurement Specialist to lead the full lifecycle of company assets, from procurement to deployment, maintenance, calibration and disposal. You will maintain asset records, tagging, and tracking using SAP and Excel, while coordinating with 30+ vendors for maintenance and support.

You will manage 5,000+ fixtures and 500+ equipment/assets, ensuring proper identification, ownership, location, and utilization.

Qualifications

• 2-7 years of experience in Manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Inventory Management (SIM) module.
• Proficiency in cost optimization techniques and ability to analyze complex financial data.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete lifecycle of assets from procurement to deployment, maintenance, calibration and disposal.

• Coordinate asset procurement, installation, transfer, movement, and handover across departments.
• Plan and monitor preventive maintenance and calibration schedules for equipment and machines.

• Monitor asset breakdowns, AMC/contract renewals, and vendor performance.
• Track asset utilization and identify idle, obsolete, or underutilized assets for action.

Drive cost optimization, vendor development, timely maintenance, and asset availability to support production/NPI requirements.
