Are you a highly organised professional who enjoys coordinating projects, managing information, and ensuring operations run smoothly? This is an exciting opportunity to join Oxford University Presss ELT Assessment team as an Assessment Content Controller, supporting the production of high-quality assessment content used by learners worldwide.
This role offers the opportunity to work within a global team, partnering closely with UK-based colleagues while being a core member of the offshore Noida operations team. Youll contribute to the efficient production of validated assessment content and play an important role in supporting educational outcomes across international markets.
The position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with structured processes, coordinating multiple stakeholders, maintaining accurate records, and using data and reporting to support decision-making. Youll also gain exposure to content production workflows, supplier management, and assessment operations while working with tools such as Microsoft Teams, Jira, ClickUp, and other publishing and delivery platforms.
As an Assessment Content Controller, you will provide administrative, operational, and reporting support across content production workflows. Your responsibilities will include:
