Job summary

Saral Management Solutions in Gujarat, Sanand, is seeking a hands-on Assembly Supervisor to ensure timely completion of machine assemblies and sub-assemblies per production plan. You will supervise textile machinery assembly, mechanical systems, modules and equipment to meet targets.

The role requires adherence to approved drawings, BOMs, SOPs and work instructions, plus driving Lean Manufacturing, 5S and Kaizen initiatives.

Qualifications

• Ensure assembly work is carried out as per approved drawings, BOMs, SOPs, work instructions and specifications.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.
• QC, PPC.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely completion of machine assemblies, sub-assemblies and components as per production plan.
• Supervise the assembly of textile machinery, mechanical systems, modules and equipment.
• Monitor prod target, cycle & machine assembly progress.
