Job summary

Intangles Lab in Pune is seeking a detail-oriented Assembly Technician to support manufacturing and production operations. You will assemble electronic components/products, operate assembly tools and equipment, conduct quality inspections, and help achieve production targets while upholding safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include interpreting blueprints, safely operating line machinery, inspecting parts for defects, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace with proper PPE.

Responsibilities

• Component Assembly: Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders to assemble products manually or using hand/power tools.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate assembly line machinery, hand tools, and pneumatic equipment.
• Quality Control: Inspect incoming parts and finished products for defects, misalignments, or quality issues. Report any deviations to the supervisor immediately.
• Production Efficiency: Meet daily production targets and output quotas without sacrificing quality or safety.
• Maintenance & Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workstation (adhering to 5S or local cleanliness standards). Perform basic preventative maintenance on tools.
• Safety Adherence: Strictly follow all company safety guidelines, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, steel-toed boots, and hearing protection.
