• Develop and strengthen relationships with existing DSAs while identifying and onboarding new DSAs to expand market reach and business volumes.
• Monitor sales pipeline, lead quality, disbursements, and productivity metrics, ensuring adherence to business, credit, and compliance guidelines.
• Conduct regular market visits, competitor analysis, and customer engagement initiatives to identify business opportunities and improve market penetration across Hyderabad and surrounding regions.

Experience:

5+ years in Unsecured Lending, Personal Loans, Business Loans, or Retail Asset Sales with strong exposure to DSA channel management and team handling.
