Job summary

Tekskills is seeking an experienced Application Maintenance (AM) Support specialist for 24x7 operations on iSeries applications. You will monitor job schedulers, message monitors, and AS400 work and job management to keep critical processes running smoothly.

The role also involves troubleshooting IBM MQ integration issues and performing change management using ServiceNow (SNOW) to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• AM maintenance experience in banking domain.
• Strong AS400 CL and RPG skills.
• Experience with job schedulers and message monitors.
• Familiarity with IBM MQ concepts.
• Knowledge of iSeries work and job management.
• Experience with ServiceNow for change management.
