Job summary
LTM is seeking an AS400 Tech Lead to drive architecture and delivery across AS400/iSeries platforms. You will lead a team, guide development efforts, and ensure timely releases in a banking domain environment.
Ideal candidates will have 10-15 years in AS400 technologies, deep RPG/RPGLE/CL/DB2/400 and SQL skills, with proven leadership and agile delivery experience. Immediate to 30 days notice preferred.
Qualifications
- 10-12 years of experience in AS400/iSeries technologies.
- Strong expertise in RPG, RPGLE, CL, DB2/400, SQL.
- Mandatory Banking Domain experience (Core Banking, Loans, Payments, Cards, Trade Finance, etc.).
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead, managing teams and driving project delivery.
- Experience in application development, enhancement, and production support.
- Strong stakeholder management and Agile delivery experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead AS400/iSeries technical delivery and architecture.
- Drive project delivery with cross-functional teams in Agile setups.
- Mentor and manage AS400 developers and provide technical guidance.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and resolve issues.
- Ensure production support and smooth handovers for releases.
