Job summary

TEKsystems is hiring for an AS400 Developer role in a hybrid setup across Pune and Hyderabad. The candidate will work on i-series technologies like RPGLE, CLLE, SQLRPGLE, and DB2/400, and will develop back-end microservices with Java and Spring Boot.

We seek 4+ years of hands-on experience, strong API knowledge, and solid debugging skills. Good communication and ability to work under tight deadlines are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience on i-series, RPGLE, CLLE, SQLRPGLE, SQL, ILE Concepts, DB2/400, APIs, SQL Stored procedures and Spring Boot Application.
• Develop and maintain backend microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Demonstrated ability to meet critical time-sensitive objectives.

Responsibilities

• Design and build secure, scalable REST APIs with strong coding and debugging practices.

• Proven hands-on experience on i-series, RPGLE, CLLE, SQLRPGLE, SQL, ILE Concepts, DB2/400, APIs, SQL Stored procedures and Spring Boot Application.
• Develop and maintain backend microservices using Java and Spring Boot
• Demonstrated ability to meet critical time-sensitive objectives
• Knowledge of API & Microservices, designing & developing responsive UI components.
• Design and build secure, scalable REST APIs with strong coding and debugging practices.
