Job summary

MUSICAL DREAMS in Delhi, India, is seeking an immediate-hire Artist Manager to oversee day-to-day coordination of artists’ schedules, rehearsals, performances, and bookings on-site.

You will negotiate contracts, liaise with venues and event organizers, develop career strategies, coordinate marketing and social media, and report on bookings, revenue, and audience growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in artist management, talent management, event management, or a closely related field.
• Strong skills in relationship building, negotiation, and stakeholder management with artists, venues, and partners.
• Ability to plan and coordinate schedules, logistics, and contracts with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Working knowledge of music industry practices, performance booking processes, and basic marketing and promotion concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present clearly to artists and clients.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proactive approach to problem-solving under time pressure.
• Comfort using productivity tools (email, spreadsheets, scheduling software) and social media platforms for artist promotion.
• Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Music Management, Entertainment Management, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Delhi, including evenings and weekends when required for events and performances.
• Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and commitment to fostering an inclusive, respectful working environment.
