Job summary

Interpath in India (Gurugram) seeks a senior PMO professional to drive the AI program office, tracking initiatives and KPIs, coordinating delivery cadence, and ensuring governance and board reporting. You will manage budgets, resources, and stage-gates, while maintaining delivery standards across pods.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years in PMO or AI delivery, with strong governance, risk, and stakeholder reporting skills, plus proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Power BI. PMP/PRINCE2 is a plus.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in PMO / program / project management, ideally in technology, data or AI delivery.
• Strong initiative and KPI tracking, governance and stakeholder-reporting experience.
• Risk (RAID), budget and capacity-management discipline.
• Proficiency with PMO tooling (Jira, Confluence, Excel / Power BI)

Responsibilities

• Track initiatives & KPIs — maintain the portfolio and initiative trackers, milestones, KPIs and value metrics; flag risks and variances early
• Coordinate teams & working groups — run the delivery cadence and working-group meetings; manage cross-team dependencies, RAID logs and actions to closure
• Manage reporting (board / governance) — prepare and manage governance, steering-committee and board reporting packs and dashboards
• Run intake, prioritization support and stage-gates; track budget, resourcing and capacity
• Uphold delivery standards, templates and tooling across the pods
• Partner with AI Support on documentation and with the AI Lead on prioritization decisions

About The Role

You will run the program management office for the AI function — tracking initiatives and KPIs, coordinating teams and working groups, and managing governance and board reporting so the portfolio stays on time, on budget and well-governed.

Preferred or Desired Experience

• Experience coordinating AI / data-science delivery
• GCC / captive-centre delivery experience
• PMP / PRINCE2 / CSM or equivalent certification
