Job summary

Interpath is seeking a Senior Associate AI CoE - Operations & Enablement in Gurugram to provide operational and enablement support for the AI function. You will help maintain priorities, governance, and reporting, turning leadership direction into well-run cadence and crisp materials.

You will coordinate roadmaps, dashboards, onboarding, AI literacy content, and cross-pod collaboration while analyzing data to support decisions and reporting.

Qualifications

• Min 3+ years in PMO support, business analysis, operations or consulting.
• Excellent organization, documentation and written/verbal communication.
• Strong with Excel / PowerPoint and collaboration tools (Jira / Confluence).
• Comfortable operating in a technical / AI context and with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update roadmap, backlog, and priority trackers.
• Prepare governance artifacts, KPI reporting packs and dashboards.
• Draft communications, briefing notes and decks for leadership; run governance forums.
• Provide onboarding, knowledge base, AI literacy materials and cross-pod coordination.
• Gather data and perform basic analysis to support decisions and reporting.

About the role: You provide the operational and enablement support that keeps the AI function running. You help maintain priorities and the roadmap, support governance and reporting, and help keep leadership aligned and informed - turning the AI Lead's direction into well run cadence, clean documentation and crisp leadership materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Support priorities & roadmap - maintain and update the roadmap, backlog and priority trackers; coordinate inputs from pods and stakeholders.
• Support governance & reporting - prepare governance artifacts, status and KPI/value reporting packs and dashboards; maintain documentation, RAID logs and action items.
• Support leadership alignment - draft communications, briefing notes and decks for leadership; schedule and run governance forums and track follow-ups.
• Provide enablement support - onboarding, knowledge base, AI literacy materials and cross-pod coordination.
• Gather data and perform basic analysis to support decisions and reporting.

Required Qualifications

• Min 3+ years in PMO support, business analysis, operations or consulting.

Education

Education/experience lending itself to demonstrate strong commercial acumen: Bachelors / Post‑Graduation degree / MBA or equivalent professional course certification.
