Job summary

Interpath Gurugram is seeking an Artificial Intelligence PMO Lead - Assistant Manager to run the AI function’s program management office, tracking initiatives, KPIs, and budgets while coordinating teams and governance to keep the portfolio on time and on budget.

You will run intake, prioritization, stage-gates, and board reporting, and partner with the AI Lead to align priorities across pods, upholding delivery standards and ensuring effective documentation and decision processes.

Qualifications

• Min 6+ years in PMO / program / project management, ideally in technology, data or AI delivery.
• Strong KPI tracking, governance and stakeholder reporting experience.
• Risk (RAID), budget and capacity management discipline.
• Proficiency with PMO tooling (Jira, Confluence, Excel / Power BI).

About the role

Preferred or Desired Experience (nice to have)

• Experience coordinating AI / data‑science delivery.
• GCC / captive‑centre delivery experience.
• PMP / PRINCE2 / CSM or equivalent certification.

Education/experience lending itself to demonstrate strong commercial acumen:

• Post Graduation degree / MBA or equivalent professional course certification
