Job summary

Interpath is seeking an Artificial Intelligence PMO Lead - Assistant Manager in Gurugram to run the program management office for the AI function, tracking initiatives and KPIs, coordinating teams, and ensuring governance and board reporting to keep the portfolio on time and within budget.

You will lead intake, prioritization, and stage-gates, manage budgets and capacity, and uphold delivery standards across pods, partnering with AI Support and the AI Lead to guide priority decisions.

Qualifications

• Min 6+ years in PMO / program / project management, ideally in technology, data or AI delivery.
• Strong initiative and KPI tracking, governance and stakeholder-reporting experience.
• Risk (RAID), budget and capacity-management discipline.
• Proficiency with PMO tooling (Jira, Confluence, Excel / Power BI).
• Post Graduation degree / MBA or equivalent professional course certification.

Responsibilities

About the role

Education/experience lending itself to demonstrate strong commercial acumen:

• Post Graduation degree / MBA or equivalent professional course certification
