Job summary

Adaps, a fast-growing AI product engineering company, seeks an AI Architect (8-13 years) to design and deliver enterprise-grade AI platforms powered by LLMs, multi-agent systems, and intelligent automation. You will lead architecture across generative and agentic AI, implement robust MLOps/LLMOps, and guide implementation from concept to production.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable enterprise AI architectures for Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Intelligent Automation platforms.
• Architect LLM-based applications using OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama, Mistral, DeepSeek, and open-source models.
• Design advanced RAG pipelines including chunking, embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, and retrieval optimization.
• Build multi-agent AI systems with planning, reasoning, memory, orchestration, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Design AI-powered automation solutions integrating enterprise applications, APIs, ERP, CRM, and internal platforms.
• Architect autonomous browser agents using Playwright for intelligent web navigation, crawling, requirement discovery, and AI-powered testing.
• Build scalable Machine Learning pipelines, model deployment strategies, and production inference services.
• Establish MLOps and LLMOps practices including model versioning, evaluation, monitoring, observability, and CI/CD.
• Design cloud-native AI infrastructure using Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Mentor AI engineers, define AI engineering standards, and drive technical roadmap across multiple AI initiatives.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced AI Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade AI platforms powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, Machine Learning, MLOps, and Intelligent Automation. You will be responsible for architecting scalable AI solutions, designing multi-agent systems, building advanced RAG pipelines, and driving AI adoption across enterprise products. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong architectural thinking, and leadership experience in building production-ready AI systems.

Good to Have

• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, AutoGen, or OpenAI Agents SDK.
• Experience with Vector Databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector, Milvus, ChromaDB, or FAISS.
• Strong knowledge of AI Guardrails, AI Evaluation, Function Calling, Structured Outputs, and Prompt Engineering.
• Experience building AI browser automation using Playwright, Selenium, Puppeteer, or Browser MCP.
• Experience with MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins.
• Experience with AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, Hugging Face, Ollama, or vLLM.
• Exposure to multimodal AI, OCR, document intelligence, knowledge graphs, AI governance, and Responsible AI.
• Experience building enterprise AI platforms, autonomous AI agents, and production-grade AI applications at scale.
