Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS) seeks an experienced AI Architect to design and lead scalable AI solutions using AI/ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI, with strong Python expertise and AI solution architecture. You will translate business requirements into practical AI platforms and guide cross-functional teams.

The role involves defining architecture standards, developing LLM-based apps, AI agents, RAG solutions, and enterprise integrations while ensuring security, governance, and performance

Qualificações

• 12+ years of overall IT experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML and Generative AI.
• Strong experience in Agentic AI and AI solution architecture.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience with Generative AI / LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering, AI Agents, and NLP.
• Strong understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts.
• Experience with cloud AI services such as AWS / Azure / GCP.
• Experience with Vector Databases, Embeddings, APIs, and AI frameworks.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, microservices, APIs, and cloud-native application design.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design and architect end-to-end AI/ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions.
• Define AI architecture, technology strategy, frameworks, and implementation standards.
• Develop and implement LLM-based applications, AI agents, RAG solutions, and intelligent automation.
• Design scalable AI platforms and solutions using cloud technologies.
• Work closely with business, data, engineering, and product teams to identify AI use cases.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to AI/ML engineering teams.
• Evaluate and recommend AI models, frameworks, tools, and technologies.
• Design solutions integrating LLMs, APIs, vector databases, knowledge bases, and enterprise systems.
• Ensure AI solutions meet security, scalability, performance, governance, and responsible AI requirements.
• Stay updated with Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, NLP, ML, and AI platforms.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AI Architect to design and lead the development of scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in AI/ML, Generative AI, Agentic AI, Python, and AI solution architecture, with the ability to translate business requirements into practical AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect end-to-end AI/ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions.
• Define AI architecture, technology strategy, frameworks, and implementation standards.

• Knowledge of MLOps / LLMOps and AI governance.
• Experience implementing enterprise-scale AI solutions.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and DevOps.
• Exposure to AI security, responsible AI, and model evaluation.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with strong hands-on experience in AI Architecture + Generative AI + Agentic AI + Python, who can lead enterprise AI transformation initiatives, are preferred.

Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
