Capgemini Engineering seeks an experienced Agentic AI Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable AI platforms, multi-agent ecosystems, and enterprise-grade AI solutions enabling intelligent automation and business transformation.

You will architect enterprise-scale Agentic AI, define solution architectures, and drive governance, security, and performance across cloud and hybrid environments. 12+ years in AI/architecture expected.

Formación

• 12+ years of experience in Software Architecture, Enterprise Solution Design, or AI/ML Architecture.
• Strong expertise in Agentic AI and Multi-Agent Systems.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI applications, and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of AI system architecture, prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases, and knowledge management systems.
• Experience building scalable AI solutions on Azure, AWS, or GCP environments.
• Proficiency in Python and modern AI/ML frameworks.
• Strong understanding of microservices, APIs, distributed systems, and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience with containerization, Kubernetes, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management, consulting, and technical leadership skills.
• Ability to drive AI transformation initiatives across enterprise environments.

In this role, you will:

• Architect and design enterprise-scale Agentic AI and Multi-Agent Systems.

Your Profile

• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI applications, and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of AI system architecture, prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), vector databases, and knowledge management systems.
• Experience building scalable AI solutions on Azure, AWS, or GCP environments.
• Proficiency in Python and modern AI/ML frameworks.
• Strong understanding of microservices, APIs, distributed systems, and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience with containerization, Kubernetes, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
